The blog is an AASL-sponsored online format for providing news and insight on issues relevant to the K-12 school library community at large.

Lively opinion and commentary are welcome in blog posts by AASL volunteer bloggers and comments from readers.

Blog content will include much more than just Association news, events, etc.

The Blog's Editorial Board will be posting articles with links to useful information for school librarians from a wide range of online resources.

We will also have reports from non-ALA/AASL conferences that address issues relevant to school-library-land.

Bloggers are expected to check facts, cite sources, present balanced views, acknowledge and correct errors, and check spelling and grammar before final publication of all posts.
